Macias Sensors is redefining electrochemical sensing by transforming printed circuit board (PCB) technology into a fully integrated platform for next-generation biosensors and analytical devices. We design and manufacture high-performance PCB-based electrochemical systems that combine the precision of electronics fabrication with the rigor of electrochemical measurement.

At the core of our technology is a proprietary surface engineering process that enables standard PCB substrates to function as electrochemically stable, gold-grade sensor platforms. This allows us to deliver highly reproducible three-electrode systems with exceptional geometric control, low sample-volume operation, seamless compatibility with advanced functionalization chemistries for biosensing applications and fully integratable with electronic components.

We build sensors the way modern electronics are built: through scalable, lithography-driven manufacturing. This enables rapid prototyping and industrial scalability while maintaining laboratory-grade performance.
