Rather than a single universal die, the range offers format-specific cutting tools for every cell and stack geometry in the product line, from full-size membrane sheets to 4-up electrode punches, so researchers get a clean, repeatable cut matched to their exact hardware.

• Format-Specific Dies: Separate tools for full-size and 60x60mm membranes, Redox Flow’s S-Stack and X-Stack cuts, and 3-compartment cell geometry.
• Electrode Cutting: Dedicated 2.5x2.5cm and 5x5cm dies (including a 4-up 2.5x2.5cm option) for soft materials like carbon felt.
• Gasket Dies: Cover-gasket and flow-field-gasket cutting tools for flow cells in both standard 2.5x2.5 cm or 5x5 cm active area) or custom formats.
• Custom Dies on Request: Non-standard cutting geometries available on inquiry.
