Description

Pumps circulate electrolyte through every flow battery and electrolysis test loop, and the range spans a heavy-duty magnetic-drive gear pump for high-temperature, high-pressure duty down to compact single- and multi-channel peristaltic pumps for standard bench-top circulation. The 1-channel gear pump handles flows up to 2700 mL/min at up to 120 °C where peristaltic tubing would degrade, while the BT101S, BT600L, and WT600F peristaltic models scale from single-channel dosing to 4-channel simultaneous circulation with programmable, MODBUS-controllable speed profiles.

  • Gear Pump for Extremes: Magnetic-drive gear pump rated to 120 °C and up to 2700 mL/min for high-temperature or high-static-pressure duty.
  • Single-Channel Precision: BT101S peristaltic pump covers 0.005–641 mL/min, ideal for low-flow applications like the OCV Cell's central chamber.
  • Dual-Electrolyte Circulation: BT600L drives up to 2 channels simultaneously, sized for circulating both sides of a flow cell.
  • Four-Channel Scale-Up: WT600F expands to 4 channels with programmable volume-dispensing modes for multi-cell test setups.
  • Full Remote Control: All peristaltic models support RS485/MODBUS communication and external analog or logic control.
  • Corrosion-Resistant Construction: Stainless steel housings and PEEK/chemically resistant wetted parts across the peristaltic range.
