Nickel foam electrodes give researchers a highly porous, open-cell metallic structure for applications such as alkaline water electrolysis, where a high-surface-area, conductive scaffold is needed. Offered across three thicknesses and six pore-density grades (35 to 200 PPI), the foam is laser-cut to the standard 2.5 × 2.5 cm and 5 × 5 cm active-area formats or supplied as 20 × 30 cm sheets for custom cutting. Finer 200 PPI material may show minor edge effects from the laser-cutting process, typical for high-density foams.
