Blade Coater BCC-02

Laboratory-scale blade coater for thin film deposition with high uniformity and repeatability. The compact BCC-02 is designed for functional materials research and can be used inside gloveboxes and laboratories with limited space. It supports films from tens to thousands of nanometers, heated coating, vacuum substrate fixation, digital blade-substrate gap adjustment and a nitrogen air-knife for perovskite crystallization.
