PEO-LAB

The PEO-LAB Data Logger is a specialized in-operando monitoring system designed for high-voltage electrochemical processes, including plasma electrolytic oxidation (PEO) and micro-arc oxidation (MAO). It enables real-time acquisition, visualization, and storage of key electrical parameters essential for process analysis and control.
Developed for precision and ease of use, the PEO-LAB Data Logger captures both instantaneous oscilloscopic waveforms and time-based averaged measurements, giving users a comprehensive view of process behaviour. It allows continuous monitoring of average currents, peak voltages, and overall power consumption, providing valuable insights into coating formation dynamics and process stability.
Integration into existing or new setups is simplified thanks to the built-in high-voltage differential voltage probe and the contactless, magnetically coupled current clamp, ensuring safe and convenient measurement in demanding high-voltage environments.
The device connects to any Windows®-compatible PC or laptop running the included monitoring software and supports data export in a plain-text CSV format, enabling efficient post-processing, plotting, and further analysis.
