The PEO-LAB TITAN-4K power supply is a portable, high-performance device designed for laboratory scale high-voltage electrochemical processes such as plasma electrolytic oxidation (PEO) and micro-arc oxidation (MAO) on valve metals (Mg, Al, Ti, etc.) and their alloys. The TITAN-4K is a programmable power supply capable of delivering current pulses using digital waveform synthesis. It supports the generation of trapezoidal, sawtooth, and triangular pulse forms, with an adjustable output frequency ranging from 25 to 250 Hz. The TITAN-4K also includes an integrated data acquisition system that monitors key PEO parameters, such as average current, peak voltage and the output waveform to characterize coating growth and overall process behaviour. Remote control and monitoring are provided via the PEO-LAB CMS software (laptop included), enabling intuitive configuration and real-time process visualisation. For streamlined analysis, all monitored data can be saved in a CSV-based format, allowing convenient plotting, reporting, and further post-processing.
