The Gas Separation Unit adds safe, single-vessel gas handling to an alkaline water electrolysis test loop, separating evolved H2 and O2 before both electrolyte streams return to a common reservoir. Built as an add-on to the 1/8" hydraulic connection package, the polypropylene separator and its associated PEEK Y-fitting and PTFE tubing route gas away from the recirculating electrolyte without needing two independent reservoir systems. It is intended for standard flow rates, higher-throughput setups should instead use the 1/4" hydraulic connection package.
