It is a soil insertable Ag/AgCl reference electrode fixed in PEEK body. All materials used to fabricate this electrode are suitable for soil conditions.

Application note This electrode is suitable for a broad range of plant electrophysiology experiments. After use the electrode should be rinsed in water and stored with the tip immersed in an electrolyte (typically 3M KCl or buffer solution).
