The Inline Spectroscopic Flow Cell is a unique analytical accessory designed for real-time, in-situ spectroscopic analysis of electrolytes and active species in flow systems. This device is critical for researchers requiring continuous, non-destructive monitoring of state-of-charge (SOC), concentration, and reaction kinetics in redox flow battery and electrolysis experiments.

  • Variable Optical Path: Features a continuously adjustable optical path length (from 0.05 mm to 8 mm) to accommodate a wide range of analyte concentrations and absorbance levels.
  • High Flow, Low Pressure: Incorporates a proprietary internal hydraulic bypass mechanism, allowing for high flow rates (> 100 ml/min) with minimal pressure drop, even at the shortest path length.
  • Chemical Inertness: All wetted parts, including the PEEK flow body and quartz glass window, are selected for exceptional chemical resistance against aggressive electrolytes. -** Fiber Optic Integration:** Designed for seamless connection with standard UV/VIS spectrophotometers via fiber optic cables for immediate data acquisition.
  • Non-Destructive Monitoring: Enables continuous, real-time monitoring of electrolyte composition without the need for manual sampling or interrupting the electrochemical process.
