This boron-doped diamond electrode plate is a CVD-coated BDD anode available for beaker, baffle, module and integrated wastewater-treatment devices as well as customized systems. Boron is introduced during diamond deposition to control electrical conductivity. Main features: chemical and structural stability in corrosive environments, minimal residual current, an extended electrochemical stability range for water splitting, optical transparency from ultraviolet to far infrared, negligible magnetic interference and biocompatibility of the diamond surface. Application areas: pretreatment, core treatment and advanced polishing of pesticide and other high-concentration wastewater, chemical intermediates, papermaking, leather, petrochemicals, lithium batteries, coking, smelting, landfill leachate and printing and dyeing, together with electrochemical sensing, electro-optical analysis and water electrolysis.
