This customizable boron-doped diamond electrode material is manufactured as a CVD-grown BDD thin film using controlled substrate pretreatment, deposition and post-coating processes. It supports direct oxidation at the electrode surface and indirect oxidation through electrochemically generated hydroxyl radicals without chemical dosing. Main features: broad electrochemical window, high oxygen evolution potential, acid and alkali corrosion resistance, physical and chemical durability, low surface contamination, stable active area and multiple substrate and geometry options. Application areas: industrial wastewater treatment, electrolysis and electrochemical synthesis, environmental and industrial sensors, medical and household disinfection, PCB micro-etching waste regeneration and advanced oxidation processes.
