This porous foam boron-doped diamond electrode combines honeycomb, foam and porous geometries with the electrochemical properties of BDD. Diamond provides hardness, thermal conductivity, stability and corrosion resistance, while boron doping gives the film electrical conductivity. Main features: longer service life, low background current, improved mechanical properties, corrosion resistance, high oxygen evolution potential, large and uniform active area, high electrochemical oxidation performance, high conductivity and high specific surface area. Application areas: pretreatment of high-organic wastewater to reduce toxicity and improve biodegradability, core treatment of high-salinity and high-COD wastewater, advanced polishing, lithium-battery recycling wastewater, strong acid and alkali wastewater, hazardous organic streams, emulsions and machining fluids. It can be combined with evaporation, membrane filtration, biological treatment, other electrochemical processes, ozone oxidation and ultraviolet oxidation.
