EQCM 14 mm or 25.4 mm dia., 15 mL - Electrochemical Quartz Crystal Microbalance cell
Redoxme

Price: On Request
Stationary solution voltammetry cell for simultaneous electrochemical response and QCM sensing, designed specifically for the MicroVacuum QSH-Dip sensor holder. The QSH-Dip holder exposes the sensing side of the QCM sensor and is sealed for immersion into liquid. Compatible with QCM-I Mini (QCM-D) and QCM-I (QCM-D) systems.
The QSH-Dip sensor holder (not included) is mounted in the top casing together with counter and/or reference electrodes (also not included), allowing 2- or 3-electrode setups. Two additional 6 mm dia. electrode ports in the lid, plugged when not used. Cell elements are glass and PEEK; compatible with aqueous (FKM O-Rings) and organic (FFKM O-Rings) electrolytes. Gas-tight construction.
Application note
The reference electrode tip should be placed at the level of the QCM sensor center to ensure negligible potential drop for low-current experiments. Various auxiliary electrodes are suitable including metal wire, metal foil, and graphite rod electrodes. Gas bubbling must be stopped prior to experiment.
